Applications to be a vendor at VGC are currently open! We’re excited to invite artists, retailers, and creators to apply as vendors for VGC. If you’ve got awesome products and want to connect with an engaged gaming community, we’d love to hear from you!
Application Process
Vendors must complete the VGC Vendor Application Form, which includes:
- Business and contact information
- Vendor type and product description
- Booth needs and logistics
- Agreement to event policies
Application submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are only confirmed once a table has been purchased and reserved.
Important Notes
- All products must be family-friendly
- MLMs or unrelated sales are generally not accepted
- Priority is given to vendors with visual, interactive, or experiential booths
- Event lasts from 10am–8pm (vendors may show up at 9am to set up booths)

Vandal Gaming Convention (VGC) brings together high school students, college students, educators, creators, and gaming fans from across the region for a full day of esports, gaming culture, and community.
As a VGC vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Reach a highly targeted gaming and pop-culture audience
- Engage directly with students, families, and educators
- Build brand awareness on a college campus
- Sell products, promote services, and grow your following
- Connect with other vendors, artists, and creators
- Brings in roughly 1500–2000 attendants

We intentionally curate our vendor list to avoid oversaturation and ensure vendors have the best possible experience.
- Booth Table Size (8 ft x 3ft)
- Electricity and internet options available (as requested)
- Indoor, climate-controlled venue
- Load-in and load-out support provided
Full logistics details will be shared with accepted vendors.
We prioritize affordable vendor rates designed to support small businesses and creators. Every vendor will be charged $50 per table.
Our goal is to create a win-win environment where vendors see strong value while keeping the event accessible to attendees.
