Vandal Gaming Convention takes place Saturday, February 27, 2027, from 10am to 10pm at the Pitman Center on the University of Idaho campus in Moscow, Idaho. High-school competition begins Friday, February 26; some Saturday high-school rounds begin at 9am. Community events start at noon.
VGC is an annual event hosted at the University of Idaho. Taking place in Moscow, VGC serves as a hub for gamers, cosplayers, nerds, and esports enthusiasts to connect across the Palouse.
This year, University of Idaho Esports is running the convention, making efforts to ensure the event remains community based.
Our goal is a $5,000+ total high-school prize pool; this is a fundraising goal, not a guaranteed payout. No prize amount has been announced for Street Fighter 6 or community events.
